The New Generation in Visual Inspection

The Scope View system is a video borescope that is a convenient and reliable visual inspection tool. Whether you are inspecting the inside of an automobile or aircraft engine, ventilation duct, or gas pipes you can count on the Scope View to provide clear images.

Although this video borescope can be used for many applications, it was specifically designed for inspecting the inside of a car engine's cylinder through the spark plug hole. This scope however is very versitile due to it slim design.

The 1/4-inch CCD camera, which is enclosed in a 10.5 mm diameter aluminum casing, is small enough to fit through most spark plug openings. Thanks to the fiber optic LED lighting on the tip of the camera head, the top of the piston is clearly visible. The valve seating can also be viewed using the included 90-degree mirror attachment that screws on camera head in seconds. The 20-inch rod, which the camera head is attached to, is flexible and can withstand repeated bending and handling.

All images are viewable on the included 5.6-inch TFT LCD monitor or any television monitor with a RCA input. Images and video can be saved on a computer using an optional video-to-USB cable. A built-in wireless video transmitter is also available as an option. It is very useful when you want to visually show your customers problem areas but they are not allowed to enter the work area due to regulations.

The basic package includes one Scope View, one 5.6" TFT LCD monitor, one 90-degree mirror attachment, one 12 V DC adapter, one RCA video cable, and a professional carrying case.
